Nashawn Kearse as “Manchild” in YNTSKY

Best known for his recurring roles on such TV hits as Desperate Housewives, Entourage, and The Sopranos—Nashawn Kearse is New York based actor of Stage, Television, and Film. He started his acting career with the City Kids repertory company with actors like Malik Yoba and Donald Faison. They performed everywhere from McDonald’s parking lots to Broadway to Carniege Hall. From there Nashawn has gone on to star in films like “Marci X” with Damon Wayans and Lisa Kudrow and “My Brother” where he starred opposite Vanessa Williams and Tatem O’Neil. Other film credits include “Cross Bronx“, “The Briefcase“, and the upcoming hip hop horror movie “You’re Nobody ‘Til Somebody Kills You” from director Michael A. Pinckney. Other TV credits include “The Shield“, “Law and Order Criminal Intent“, and “New York Undercover“. Nashawn wants to continue to affect people with his talent.

After years of post-production delays, it looks like Michael A. Pinckney‘s independent hip hop thriller, “You’re Nobody ‘Til Somebody Kills You” is finally getting released. We’re working very closely with Michael and his distribution partner, Locomotive Distribution, to bring you the inside stories behind the making of this film and its release.

Currently the film is scheduled to premiere in September 2011. We hope to have much more to post in the upcoming weeks, but here’s a final cast sheet and synopsis. Check out who the Executive Producer is!
